Thursday, July 5th - Scrapbook Class - 6:30pm - Cost is $7.00 or free with a $25.00 order. We make two 6x6 page layouts. Email me if your interested in joining us!

Saturday, July 7th - Hostess Aprreciation Luncheon - 12:00pm - By invitation only!

Stamp Club – August 4th, 1:00pm – Stamp Club meets once a month through April of 2013. When we meet I will share with you two projects for everyone to make and take home. Each participant takes turns being the hostess and receiving the hostess benefits. The only requirement to join is that you purchase $15 of product each month; you do not have to attend the meetings. This is a great opportunity to slowly build your stamping supplies while learning new techniques and the endless possibilities with Stampin’ Up! Products. If you would be interested in joining please contact me today! We currently have 3 openings that need to be filled!

Private Classes - By Request - Would you like to have your very own private class just for you and your friends, with cards chosen by you? If so contact me to set a date and we can taylor your class specifically to what you want to learn!

Beginner Card Class - By Request - Are you new to the Stampin' Up! world of card making? Did you recently attend a workshop, purchase some product, and need help getting started? This class will show you the basics to making cards and give you helpful hints, tricks, and ideas to get you started. If you are interested in this class please let me know and I will schedule one. the cost is $10 or free with a $35 order, please bring your own paper cutter. If you need to purchase a paper cutter let me know and I will order you one for the class.

Saturday Swap

Today's swap is one I received from Jeanne Boulay back in April. I love how simple and pure this cards is. She used the Crosses of Hope stamp set as her focal point along with the Oval Frame Embossing Folder. If you don't think you can make a card with very minimal supplies, Jeanne just showed you how!

Happy Friday! How about a Fun Friday?

Today's card is a swap I received from Jan Waters a couple months ago. I just loved it as I could relate so well with it. If you all know me you know I love stamp sets and its always very hard for me to get rid of them once they retire. I've had to learn to be better about this as my space has been condensed since I've moved, and I only keep my very favorite retired stamp sets. I actually cried this last time the retired stamp list came out as I pulled stamp set after stamp set out of my drawer. While this was sad for me, it did make room for new sets and I was able to find new loving homes for those sets that I so loved. I think I will leave this card on my stamping desk (maybe in a frame?) so that I can live vicariously through Suzie Stamper on the card. Thanks so much Jan, your card touches my heart!

So, what about the title of this post and how does this card relate? Well, I have several cards, projects, photos, ect. that I'm always wanting to share, however often times I find they are not current products, or sometimes even Stampin' Up! (although I try to always use Stampin' Up products as I love them so).  Fridays are so lacidasial as it's the end of the week and the weekend is nearing, so why not have a day just to share whatever I want! Well, that's what I'm going to try out. This will be my day to share more personal fun items, rather than things associated with my business. Check back next Friday and be sure to tell me how you like the posts!

Button Buddies

Today's card is one I made several months ago however I'm just now getting around to posting it. It's made with the Button Buddies stamps set, which last year was my favorite stamp set in the catalog, however I think I may have a new one this year! The Brights Designer Buttons coordinate perfectly with the vase of flowers from this stamp set.

I know I've been absent lately. I'm going to try to post a couple times a week, however it probably won't be everyday. I've been focusing more on my health lately and between working out and a full time job , I just don't have as much time to stamp. I promise to try to be better about posting, even if they aren't always my own!

Saturday Swap

Today's swap was made by Roxie Netti. This is one of the new stamp sets from the recently released 2012/2013 Stampin' Up! Catalog called Betsy's Blossom. I love the way Roxie layered the different shades of yellow to make the large blossoms. And what a wonderful way to incorporate one of the new In Colors (Midnight Muse) with the already current colors. Well done!

June Stamp Club Cards

Here are the cards we made last weekend in stamp club. They are all cased, unfortunately I lost the links to where I got them so if they are yours please let me know and I will give proper credit.

This card uses one of the new stamp sets called Everything Eleanor along with the already current Curly Cute.

This card was made using the Papaya Collage and many of the new In Colors. The girls really enjoyed this card:-)

The last card was the bonus and uses the new designer Series Paper Comfort Cafe. I love this paper because one side is feminine while the other is masculine. We made the pennants with Pennant Punch and white Bakers Twine.
